I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel. The elegant furnishings and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The hallways and common areas were spacious, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking aid.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a little more assistance from the staff. While they were friendly, I found that they could be quite busy and sometimes seemed overwhelmed.

outstanding experience there. spotless amazing accommodation with perfect location in the old district and really helpful staff. huge & big room, central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel tv in there. the beds comfortable. location so close to the public transportations and the souks and subway and funicular and beyoglu. about 10 minutes walk from madame tussauds.

The hotel is located in a quiet street and is within easy walking distance of a major transportation hub. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering assistance with restaurant recommendations and daily room cleaning. the rooms were clean and well-stocked with towels and toiletries.

The early morning prayer call from a nearby mosque could be disturbing for light sleepers. if you happen to get a room near the reception area, you may experience some noise from guests coming and going or the phone ringing late at night.

The hotel was fairly clean with a great location next to an Arabic nightclub and Taksim square. the hotel's proximity to the metro system, shops, restaurants, and Indian subcontinent restaurants was awesome. - All the employees were good, kind, and greeted me with a smile.

We had a fantastic stay at Zendy Suite. the location was perfect, just a short walk to Taksim Square and convenient for transportation. the staff, including the owner Omar, were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel was comfortable and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in our room. Communication was excellent, with helpful assistance provided whenever we needed directions or guidance. We were even pleasantly surprised with gifts for our family upon check-out, a lovely touch. Thank you!

Surprisingly close to lively Istiklal Street for such a bargain! The helpful staff, especially Omer, made me feel like a VIP! The rooftop terrace and garden were perfect for relaxing. I would definitely return just for the location and value.

I always stay here, no regrets. Friendly staff, helped with heavy baggage on first stay. Has Wi-Fi, lockers, 24-hour reception, outdoor dining, airport shuttle. Flat-screen TV, lift, kitchen, express check-in, VIP check-in. No pets, AC, no smoking. Perfect for my city breaks.
